Ingredients:

  • 50g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 100ml milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 egg white
  • 2-3 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • A pinch of salt

Steps:

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  2. Dissolve the instant coffee in the warm milk and add it to the melted chocolate, mixing well.
